What does 'generation' mean when it comes to AI and alt text?"

A "generation" refers to each time our AI alt text generator creates a description for an asset. Whenever you select one or more assets and click the "Generate alt text" button, the number displayed in parentheses on the button indicates how many generations will be used.

Can I undo or replace alt text if I'm not satisfied with the results?

You can’t “undo” a generation, but you can re-generate alt text as many times as you’d like. Just remember that each re-generation will count toward your monthly generation limit.

What happens if I reach the limits of my plan?

When you hit your plan’s monthly limits, you can easily upgrade to the next tier to unlock more generations and additional features. Upgrading is seamless—you’ll get instant access to the extra generations, and you’ll only be charged the difference between your current plan and the new one.

Can I switch to a different plan?

To upgrade or downgrade your plan, log in to your AssetBoost account and locate the "My Current Plan" card. Click the purple "Change Plan" link and choose your desired plan. If you're upgrading, you'll be prompted to enter your payment details. Once the upgrade is complete, you'll gain immediate access to additional generations/features, and you'll only be charged the difference between your current plan and the new one.

What is your refund policy?

Due to the subscription-based nature of our service, all plans are non-refundable. However, you can cancel at any time. To do so, simply log in to your AssetBoost account, navigate to the "Account" section, and select "Cancel my plan" at the bottom of the page. Once canceled, you won’t be charged further. You’re welcome to re-subscribe to any of our plans whenever you’re ready!

How do I cancel my plan?

We're sorry to see you go! :( If you'd like to cancel your plan, simply log in to your AssetBoost account, navigate to "Account," and click "Cancel my plan" at the bottom. Once you cancel, you won't be charged further, and you're welcome to choose a new plan at any time in the future.
